About the programme

The Mentoring Programme is for advanced practitioners who want to carry their NVC practice into a professional context, or who are preparing to enter the CNVC certification process. Working one to one makes it possible to hold personal transformation and professional development at the same time.

The programme takes shape around each participant’s own journey. Rather than following a set curriculum, it is built on focus areas chosen together.

Who is it for?

This programme is designed for:

  • Candidates in the CNVC certification process — those looking for mentoring support along the certification path
  • Experienced NVC practitioners — those wanting to make a long-standing practice more integrated
  • Those who want to teach or facilitate NVC — preparing to run their own groups or workshops
  • Those applying NVC in professional settings — coaches, therapists, managers and teachers wanting to go deeper

Prerequisite: At least a year of NVC practice, and more than one NVC training completed.

What mentoring works with

Every mentoring process is individual, but these are the areas most often worked with:

Deepening personal practice

  • Personal triggers and patterns
  • Life-enriching mourning
  • The hierarchy of needs, and personal values

Training and facilitation skills

  • Reading group dynamics
  • Live NVC demonstration
  • Presence and flexibility in difficult moments
  • Programme design and structuring content

Support through CNVC certification

  • Understanding the CNVC competency framework
  • Planning the requirements along the certification path
  • Preparing the certification presentation

Structure

  • Meetings: A minimum of 18, usually across 12–18 months
  • How often: Fortnightly, by preference
  • Session length: 75–90 minutes
  • Where: Zoom, or in person in Istanbul or Ankara

Every sixth meeting includes a review, where we look back over the process together.

Registration and enquiries

Places on the mentoring programme are limited. We begin with an introductory conversation — 30 minutes, free of charge — where we talk through your needs and expectations and consider together whether working together is a good fit.

Use the contact form to arrange that conversation.
