In the Acemi Zürafa community, formed by those who have completed the Key Differentiations Programme, what was learned is revisited among graduates — and that is how NVC settles in. The Conflict Transformation community offers a space where those who finished that programme meet at their own pace and keep their skills alive. On completing either programme you become a natural member of its community.
